Our prescription request protocol has now returned to pre Covid procedures.
We will no longer accept prescription requests over the telephone with immediate effect. The only exceptions are housebound patients and patients who already have a direct agreement with their GP due to medical reasons. All other requests will be refused via telephone.
Prescription requests must be made in writing to the surgery. Written requests can be hand delivered, posted or emailed (firstname.lastname@example.org). Prescription requests can also be sent online via Patient Access or the NHS App.
Please allow 72 hours for prescription requests to be processed.
