Repeat Prescriptions
We ask that you please allow 4 working days for your repeat prescription to be prepared.
Requests for repeat prescriptions are not taken over the phone.
If you require regular medication and a repeat prescription has been arranged then you may be able to order this medication using Patient Access. It is important that you remember, however, that we advise that you see your doctor on a regular basis to review your medication or sooner if there are any obvious problems.
You may request your repeat prescriptions online or in writing by delivering your repeat prescription to the practice or a chemist of your choice. If you wish for your prescription to be posted to you please enclose a stamped and addressed envelope.
It is important that patients, or their carers, obtain repeat medication in good time!
Chronic Conditions and Medication Reviews
If you suffer from any chronic conditions, such as diabetes or asthma, or are on regular medication it is important that you remember to attend regular reviews and check-ups!
These appointments enable us to keep track of any changes and ensure that you continue to receive the best care for your needs.
This includes any patients who have been prescribed blood pressure reviews by their doctor.
