How to Request a Home Visit

Home visits may be arranged by reception for any patients suffering from poor mobility or who are too ill to attend an appointment at the surgery. If you require a home visit we ask that you please, when possible, call the surgery before 10.30am, as this will allow your doctor to plan their appointments accordingly.
